EU Handling Fee on Parcels From Non-EU Countries Starts Sunday

Starting Sunday, EU member states will collect a handling fee of 2 euros per item in a customs declaration on parcels sent from non-EU countries to consumers in the EU. The European Commission set the amount of the fee.
