Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska told PAP the Constitutional Tribunal can receive President Karol Nawrocki, but only him. She ruled out that Bogdan Święczkowski or Supreme Court First President Zbigniew Kapiński could accompany him.
Anna Korwin-Piotrowska said she has ordered a general assembly of Constitutional Tribunal judges for Nov. 3 to adopt the Tribunal's 2027 budget. She urged politicians, including President Karol Nawrocki, to tone down the escalation.
