The official opening of the Podkarpackie Athletics Center (PCLA) in Rzeszów is scheduled for Nov. 7, 2026. Admission is free, but a pass is required.
The passes were released online only, at noon on Monday, Oct. 26, and required users to create an account. People with disabilities were asked to apply by email to Estrada Rzeszowska. The first batch ran out in about a minute.
According to City Hall, a total of 7,600 passes were prepared in various forms, and 400 seats were reserved for invited guests. The city did not say how many tickets were in the first batch.
Some would-be attendees complained that all sections were already empty by the time they logged in, and some did not receive the verification code needed to activate their accounts.
City Hall spokeswoman Marzena Kłeczek-Krawiec announced an additional batch for city residents. The rules and dates are expected to be announced at the end of the week.
