Chicago police were called to O’Hare International Airport on Sunday morning over a suspicious sound coming from a trash can.
According to information provided by police, the noise came from a car key fob inside the trash can. At 9:21 a.m., officers arrived at O’Hare to check out a suspicious noise coming from a trash can in Terminal 2. Initial reports said a beeping sound was coming from the can. No evacuation was ordered, but access to some parts of Terminal 2 was restricted while police worked.
