Four people were rescued after a 23-foot boat capsized near Key Largo on Saturday. The Coast Guard had received a report of a vessel taking on water.
A passing boater took three passengers aboard. The captain stayed on the boat, trying to pump out the water, but the vessel capsized as rescuers arrived. The Coast Guard pulled the captain from the water.
All four were taken to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. No injuries were reported.
