A prosecutor from the National Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation Tuesday into an assault on Constitutional Tribunal judges Anna Korwin-Piotrowska and Krystian Markiewicz, the Prosecutor General's spokeswoman said. The probe also covers an attempt to use force and unlawful threats to influence the Tribunal's official actions.
