S&P's decision to worsen the outlook on Poland's rating is a yellow card for politicians of all stripes at the start of the election campaign, ING's Rafał Benecki told PAP. S&P kept the foreign-currency rating at "A-" but lowered the local-currency rating from "A" to "A-".
