The Milwaukee Brewers have won the first two games of the Major League Baseball World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays. Both games were decided by one run.
The Brewers beat the Rays 3-2 on Friday and 5-4 on Saturday. Both games were played at the stadium in Milwaukee. The series now moves to Florida, with Games 3 and 4 scheduled for Monday and Tuesday in Tampa Bay. First pitch is at 8 p.m. Eastern (7 p.m. in Chicago). If necessary, Game 5 will be played Wednesday.
The series is played until one team wins four games. The Brewers need two more victories to win their first championship in club history. The Rays have also never won the World Series. Despite the losses in Milwaukee, experts are not counting the Rays out: Before the games at home, they give them slightly better odds of winning each one.
