American actor Dean Norris, known for playing Hank Schrader on “Breaking Bad,” has put his estate in Temecula, California, on the market for $3,199,267. TMZ reported Thursday that the property was listed in September, during divorce proceedings between the actor and his wife, Bridget Norris. The couple has also been struggling with financial problems for some time.

The estate sits on 11 acres, and the house itself has about 7,000 square feet of living space. It has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The grounds also include a guest house, an infinity pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen, a stable that can hold four horses and an orchard.

Dean and Bridget Norris bought the property in 2024 for $1,725,000. The current asking price is therefore nearly double what they paid two years ago.

The 63-year-old actor and his wife married in 2001 and remained together for a quarter century. They have five children, including two minors: 17-year-old daughter Zoe and 16-year-old son Dean Jr.

Bridget filed for divorce in February 2025, stating that she and her husband had been separated since Jan. 15. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup. She also requested joint legal and physical custody of the minor children and asked to be awarded spousal support.

Financial problems at the Swing Inn Cafe in Temecula, which the couple has run together since 2002, may have contributed to the breakup. The restaurant has operated continuously since 1927. Figures obtained by media outlets show the business has assets of $147,809.58 and liabilities of $1,811,598.46.

Norris is best known for playing Hank Schrader, a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent, in “Breaking Bad,” which aired from 2008 to 2013.
