Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ordered U.S. and Florida flags lowered to half-staff on Monday, Nov. 2, to honor country musician John Anderson, who died Oct. 21 at age 71. Days earlier, the governor had designated Anderson's song "Seminole Wind" as the state's official anthem.
